Role: Technical Support Associate/ Help Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, Assist and resolving basic technical issues.
Provide technical support via voice channels.
Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.Requirements:
Strong english communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and problem-solving attitude.
Prior experience in customer service (Voice, Semi Voice, Blended) .
International customer calling experience will be an added advantage.
