PROJECT MANAGER

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects
• Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance, and/or termination during the project
• Manage project budget and resource allocation
• To be part of functional discussion and solution of project
• Work directly with the partners on technology platform related issues, suggest improvements
• Work with the various teams to analyze and assess implementation methodology
• Identify & communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
• Support existing business process automations and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working as IT Projects
• Good understanding of different aspects of IT projects, Internal and external dependencies, guidelines and best practices
• Is able to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind to solve technical problems
• Is a self-starter who is committed high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
• Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
• Good at MS office Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project
• Good at Azure Devops
• Having ASP.net technical knowledge will be added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills Written and Verbal. Exposure to International clients will be an advantage
