Job Title: SAP PPQM Functional Consultant
Experience: 06 to 15 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai & Delhi.
Job Description:
- Minimum 2-3 End to End Green Filed Implementations on SAP PPQM(S/4HANA)
- 8 years of SAP experience, with 8+ years in SAP PP, QM, and PPDS (including S/4HANA or APO background).
- Expertise in: o SAP PP (Discrete, Process, Repetitive Manufacturing) o SAP QM (Inspection Lot Processing, Quality Certificates, Audits) o SAP PPDS (Heuristics, Planning Boards, Capacity Planning)
- Integration with MES, EWM, MM, SD, and IBP
- Understanding of shop floor automation, advanced planning algorithms, and batch traceability.
- Strong experience with S/4HANA embedded PPDS, and knowledge of legacy APO PPDS a plus. Excellent communication skills able to lead workshops, present to CxOs, and articulate solution strategy clearly.
- SAP certifications in relevant areas (PP, QM, PPDS) are a strong plus.
- Architected or led at least 3 large-scale SAP transformation programs focused on manufacturing and quality domains.
