Job Description
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while adhering to company policies.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Maintain AP aging reports and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Generate and send invoices to customers promptly.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies with clients.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in closing books of accounts, including adjustments, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Support the external and internal audit process by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Manage financial transactions and reporting using QuickBooks or Xero.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within financial software systems.
- Generate financial reports and dashboards using the software tools.
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
