About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to join our Sales Department for the role of Corporate Sales. This role plays a key part in driving institutional partnerships, enhancing patient acquisition from the corporate segment, and contributing to long-term business growth.

Location: Manipal Hospital, Goa (MHG)

What Youll Do:
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to drive growth and expand the corporate client base.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, insurance companies, and wellness partners.

  • Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives through effective negotiation and client management.

  • Manage end-to-end corporate client onboarding, from pitch to closure, ensuring a seamless service experience.

  • Collaborate with HR departments of companies to drive preventive health check-ups, tie-ups, and awareness programs.

  • Coordinate with billing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of corporate/insurance patients.

  • Track key sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, revenue projections, and support budgeting processes.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving corporate health needs.

  • Provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable, and foster a culture of accountability and ownership.

What Were Looking For:
  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate sales, institutional business development, or healthcare marketing.

  • Prior experience in the hospital, insurance, or healthcare service sector is preferred.

  • Proven ability to build and manage corporate relationships and negotiate contracts.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or hospital systems is a plus.

  • Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently.

    This includes creating a strategic plan to achieve growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share. 

  • Manage and motivate the sales team:

    This involves recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring sales representatives to achieve their individual and team goals. 

  • Achieve sales targets and quotas:

    This requires setting realistic goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to the team to ensure they meet their targets. 

  • Build and maintain client relationships:

    This includes establishing rapport with existing clients, understanding their needs, and developing new business opportunities. 

  • Track sales performance:

    This involves monitoring key metrics, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with other departments:

    This includes working with marketing, product development, and customer service to align efforts and ensure a positive customer experience. 

  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets:

    This requires developing accurate projections of sales revenue and managing the sales budget. 

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition:

    This ensures the sales team is knowledgeable about the latest developments and can effectively compete in the market. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and Management:

    Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire a team, and experience in managing sales teams. 

  • Sales Experience:

    Proven experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry or role, with a track record of success.
