Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions for clients across various industries.
  
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize IT service delivery.
  
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITSM implementation using ServiceNow platform.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) by developing CMDB models and conducting regular audits.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, or related fields.
  
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and its applications in an enterprise environment.
  
• Proven track record of implementing successful projects using ServiceNow platform.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
