About the role
At ICICI Bank, a Key Account Manager specializes in collaborating with CXOs and founders of fintech start-ups. The engagement revolves around delivering a 360-degree banking experience to these start-up entities, turbocharging our economy and society. In this entrepreneurial role, you get the opportunity to work across all the state-of-the-art banking products in terms of technology and novelty. Following the Banks philosophy of Fair to Customer, Fair to Bank the e-commerce ecosystem team gives you the opportunity to work with and manage some of the largest and fastest-growing internet companies in India to provide banking products and solutions for them, their employees, their vendors, their sellers, and their customers. In addition to working with some of the largest unicorns and having access to top start-up founders and senior management, it will also give you cross-functional exposure to multiple products across the Bank, group companies, and affiliates.
Explore opportunities directly with the corporate, including Deposits, Lending, Salary, Trade / Forex, CMS, Payments, Collections, and API Banking.
Create service excellence by collaborating with customers through their life cycle and offering suitable products and services based on their financial needs.

Constantly evaluate large e-commerce clients within mapped locations and leverage transactional, lending, and investment-led offerings to onboard new customers.
Collaborate with product specialists, subject matter experts, and credit and service teams to ensure structured and customized solutions.
Interact with product experts across verticals to offer innovative and customized solutions. Liaise with legal, compliance, operations, and technology in obtaining clearances.
MBA, Chartered Accountants, Engineers & Graduates with relevant work experience in the area of key account management across industries.
Willingness to work with various teams for on-ground support and deliver enablers as required.
Develop suitable process in-line with the requirements of the customer and the solution that is being offered.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends, customer drivers, and potential partnerships.
Good oral and written communication skills.
