Job Title: Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Experience: 4- 6 years , Immediate joiner

Location Preference: Bangalore / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

App & Workflow Development:

• Design and develop custom business apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)
• Data Integration & Management:
• Integrate Power Platform apps with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and external systems.
• Ensure secure and reliable data flow across platforms.
• Reporting & Dashboarding:
• Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Enable real-time analytics and business KPIs for stakeholders.
• Environment & Governance:
• Manage environments, data policies, and role-based access.
• Support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and version control.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize app performance and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across flows, apps, or data sources.
• Collaboration & Support:
• Work with business users and functional teams to gather requirements.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of data connectors, Dataverse, and integration methods
• Experience with custom connectors, PowerShell, or Azure Functions is a plus.
• Knowledge of governance, security roles, and access controls within the Power Platform
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have:

• Experience in integrating CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform
• Exposure to Power Virtual Agents, RPA with Power Automate Desktop
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, PL-600)
