Job Description

SPB Sales Support (E-Comm) -

• Attend incoming sales calls and provide tailored solutions by recommending the appropriate pump models based on customer requirements.
• Conduct daily outbound calls from available databases to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/yearly sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue growth.
• Achieve customer registration count on E-shop platform.
• Take full responsibility for orders placed, ensuring accurate processing and smooth execution throughout the order lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of orders placed, track their progress, and escalate any delays or issues promptly to the relevant departments.
• Provide timely follow-up on orders and ensure that customer needs are met throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and guiding customers on the products maintenance and usage requirements.
• Study current market trends, compare products with competitors, and offer valuable insights for effective sales conversion.
• Exhibit strong product knowledge, including technical aspects of pumps, to engage with customers effectively and make a convincing sales pitch.
