Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Build strong relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor on people-related strategies.
Align HR initiatives with business priorities, driving performance, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
Support organizational changes, including restructures, culture transformations, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management Development
Partner with Learning Development to design and implement career progression plans, leadership development, and upskilling programs.
Facilitate performance review cycles, goal alignment, and continuous feedback sessions.
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning efforts.
Employee Engagement Culture
Lead initiatives to enhance employee morale, team collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
Design and conduct employee surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans for improvement.
Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and conflict resolution, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
Operational Excellence Compliance
Partner with the HR Operations team on key processes including onboarding, policy implementation, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions.
Employer Branding Social Media Presence
Strengthen our employer brand across platforms such as Glassdoor, Ambition Box, and LinkedIn through consistent, meaningful engagement.
Collaborate with teams to curate and promote authentic, employee-driven content on social media.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure internal culture is reflected in all external employer branding efforts.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with the payroll, compensation, and benefits teams to address employee concerns and ensure accurate processing.
Support organizational communication, leadership messaging, and internal branding efforts.
Requirements:
Master s/Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HRBP or in a strategic HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
Proven experience in driving HR projects, employee relations, and talent initiatives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Analytical mindset with comfort working on reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Agile, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
