Responsible for L2 support activities for an applications which are used for Cash management under ITL/CAMPS/CAMSTOR. This is an extended team which works along with the team located in Paris, Singapore and Montreal.
Shift working to support application which is implemented globally.
Shift timings 09:30AM-06:00PM (depending on Day light saving). Also required to provide on call support during weekends or weekdays on rotation basis. Flexibility to support the application on Bangalore Bank Holidays on rotation basis.
Responsibilities
Direct ResponsibilitiesL2 Production support activity using Linux, Ansible, SQL, Shell Scripting, TIBCO BW
Understanding of Application architecture.
Deployments of the application on Production environment.
Daily health check reporting and Active Monitoring.
Knowledge on monitoring tools such as Autosys, Dynatrace will be an added advantage.
Good to have knowledge of shell scripting.
Ability to work under critical situations and take swift proactive actions as per the demand of situation.
Train other team members and Jr. Resources on functional and technical topics.
Responsible for Incident/Change/Problem Management.
Responsible to drive meetings for Support related Activities.
Good communication skills.
