5+ years of experience in writing content (Install/Admin/API guide/User guides/Configuration Guide/Command Reference Guide/Release Notes) for software products and applications.
Exceptional knowledge in English grammar and language.
Good understanding of complex domains, technologies, and authoring tools. Must have ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a simplified form.
Ability to learn quickly and ramp up to speed.
Must be strong in Technical Writing fundamentals (DDLC/Style Guide/Writing Style/Usages). Certification in technical communication (preferred)
Work experience on XML-based authoring and content management system (CMS).
Knowledge on documentation tools, such as FrameMaker, Oxygen, and MS Office applications.
Should have work experience in agile methodology.
Knowledge on fundamentals of telecommunications/networking (preferred).
Should have mentoring/reviewing skills.
Experience in leading a team (end-to-end support to the team).
Should have followed best practices (preferred).
Generate innovative ideas/automate procedures for process improvements.
CCNA certification (preferred).
Good technical aptitude and attitude.
