    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Workflow and GHL Specialist to develop, optimize, and maintain automated workflows and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GHL platforms ( HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar), workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Power Automate), and data integration techniques. The role requires proficiency in streamlining processes, improving system efficiency, and providing end-user.

    Job Desc:

     

    • GHL Workflow Development & Automation

     

        • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes.
        • Integrate third-party applications and services with the GHL platform.
        • Utilize tools like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate to create efficient data pipelines and trigger-based actions.

     

    • GHL Configuration & Customization

     

        • Configure and customize GHL systems to meet business needs.
        • Develop custom fields, modules, and workflows within GHL.
        • Ensure seamless data mapping and synchronization between the GHL and other systems.

     

    • Data Management & Analysis

     

        • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness in the GHL.
        • Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights.
        • Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

     

    • User Support & Troubleshooting

     

        • Provide technical support for GHL and workflow-related issues.
        • Identify and resolve integration failures, errors, and performance bottlenecks.
        • Collaborate with end-users to optimize workflows and improve usability.

     

    • Performance Optimization & Security

     

        • Optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
        • Implement security best practices to protect customer data and prevent unauthorized access.
        • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

     

    • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

     

      • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align GHL capabilities with business goals.
      • Stay up to date with GHL updates, new features, and industry trends.
      • Continuously enhance workflows and automation strategies to improve productivity.

    Skills Required:

    • GHL Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems like GHL 
    • Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, etc.
    • Integration Skills: Ability to integrate third-party applications with CRM platforms.for example GHL to VBOUT
    • GHL Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing CRM fields, modules, and workflows.
    • Data Management: Strong skills in maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness within CRMs.
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to build custom reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs.
    • Technical Support: Capable of providing user support and troubleshooting workflow or CRM issues.
    • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of optimizing workflows for better scalability and performance.
    • Security & Compliance: Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and CRM security best practices.
    • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, and operations.
    • Analytical Thinking: Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and improving existing workflows.
