Job Description

Job Purpose Reduction in the number of workplace accidents and injuries. Compliance rate with safety regulations and internal safety policies. Training completion rate for all employees regarding safety protocols Response time in addressing safety incidents and resolving hazards. Employee engagement in safety programs, including feedback and participation in safety initiatives. Effectiveness of emergency drills and preparedness in responding to real-life incidents. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and industrial safety practices. Experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and reporting Experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and reporting Communication skills to effectively train and interact with employees and senior management. Knowledge of emergency response protocols and crisis management. Proficient in using safety management software and reporting tools.,
