Inviting applications for the role of Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support
In this role, The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements, development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions
Responsibilities:
- Development on Power platform for Enhancements
- Incident Management for issues to be reported
- Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)
- Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
- Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
- Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
- Update incident management tool with required details
- Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
- Work on Change requests during idle time
- Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)
- Security and Roles, Deployment strategies, Design Concept, Accessibility, Power Page
- Type script, Java Script PowerBI, Licensing, Basic programming languages Eg. Java, .Net, Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
- Certifications
- Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)
- 100% from Genpact office / Client ODC
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Applications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in IT / ITSM project
- MS Power Platform Certification
