Position : Team Lead Account , Team Lead Finance
Experience : 6 to 10 Years in Accounts /Finance
Accounting Software : Tally / Good Communication
Job Location : - Goregaon East (5-10 minutes walking distance from station)
Job timing : - 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Week off : - All Saturday & Sundays off
Timeframe : Immediate Join

Job Description:

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Process Improvement:

• Review and improve accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance operations.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
  . Accounts Receivable Generating various Clients Invoices, Payment follow-ups, 26 AS Reconciliation.

. Accounts Payable Booking Vendor bills, Making payments , TDS , Issuing Form 16 A etc.

. GST Working

. Coordination with Auditors
