Job Description

We are looking for ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our Customer Service Management platform. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to streamline and improve customer service operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, especially in the CSM module, and a good understanding of customer service workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions to support business requirements.
  • Configure Customer Service Portal, Case Management, Skills-based routing, Workflows, and Playbooks.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Integrate CSM with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, CTI, chatbots, etc.).
  • Maintain and support existing ServiceNow environments and applications, including upgrades and patches.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to best practices and ServiceNow technical standards.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of ServiceNow CSM issues.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
  • 1+ year of experience specifically with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
