Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Looking for Mechanical Engineering Fresher who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world engineering projects. If you're passionate about design, development, and innovation this is your chance to launch a rewarding career.
What You will Do:
- Work on a diverse list of projects in HVAC & Controls sectors from retail shopping centers to universities and corporate fit outs.
- Create and revise 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings using software such as AutoCAD or REVIT.
- Support senior engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of engineering issues.
- Assist in conducting tests, simulations, and validation of prototypes and systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and Bill of Materials (BoMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety protocols.
- Produce well-organized, finished drawings of good appearance, accuracy, clarity, and correctness from layouts, sketches, and verbal and/or written instructions.
- Able to meet scheduled key dates, utilizing time efficiently.
- Proficient in communication with the Australian based head office.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), REVIT, Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
