Job Description

We are hiring Tele callers for our collections team to follow up with customers regarding their overdue EMIs and ensure timely recovery of dues through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make daily collection calls to delinquent customers
Remind customers about pending EMIs and payment deadlines
Update call status and remarks in MIS/CRM
Follow call scripts and handle objections professionally
Coordinate with the field team for hard bucket follow-up
Achieve daily/weekly recovery targets
