Job Description

• Deploy, configure, and maintain eGain s Cloud Services based on AWS infrastructure, services, and tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot customer environments and underlying infrastructure
• Develop and maintain tools to automate routine operational tasks
• Ability to work in shifts to provide 24 7 coverage

• Bachelor s degree in a STEM discipline
• Experience in a cloud operations role in a SaaS company (preferred)
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified SysOps Administrator (preferred)

• Aptitude section this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
