IT Sourcing Specialist @ Tata Consultancy

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic HR professionals to Join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiter-Trainee on a contractual basis.

Location : Kochi, Trivandrum ,Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and source suitable IT profiles from various job boards
• Screen candidates through phone interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update databases of candidate and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Qualifications

• 0-1 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment/Sourcing or internship in HR
• Willingness to work on a contractual basis
• Flexible to work from office

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT Roles and technologies (e.g Java, Dot net, Testing etc)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using MS excel and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Strong follow-up skills
