• L1 support
• Identifying hardware issues and diagnosing the root cause of the problem. Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues.
• Handling, understanding, acknowledging, categorizing, and resolving the user tickets using ITSM tools.
• Management assets using Asset management system
• Ensuring the endpoint security controls using Anti-virus/EDR/XDR solutions
• Ready to be Upskilling technology
