Associate Graphic Designer @ Publicis Sapient

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably with a focus on employer branding, internal communications, and marketing.
• Experience working with young demographics in a talent or employer branding context is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in video production and motion graphics is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design best practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required to be considered for this position
