Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress updates from recruiters and ensuring timely communication with applicants.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
