Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Monitoring Tools like: PRTG, NetFlow, Nagios & NetQoS.
• Co-ordination/Interacting with vendors and internal customers,
• Managing IP Schema and Network inventory across country wide.
• Designing and implementing policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure design and Operations SLAs.
• Responsible for the end to end delivery of any new network and new site commissioning.
• Experience in Layer 2 protocols and features like VSS, VLANs, STP, Ether channel.
• Good understanding of switching technology like VLAN, VTP domain STP, RSTP, MSTP Raid-PVST,Inter VLAN routing, HSRP, VRRP, Stacking and STP troubleshooting.
• Proficiency into Cisco enterprise routing and switching technologies
• Perform backup of configuration files periodically or as and when changes are affected.
• Re-configure, rebuild network devices during crash recovery or configuration changes.
• Experience in managing Wireless Environment with WLAN Controller, Access Points (Ruckus, Aruba, and Cisco etc.), Experience on soncilwall firewall
• Hands on Aruba (2530, 2620, 2930 and 5400), and Cisco Switches (2960, 3650, 3750) and Cisco SG Series.
