Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Component, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and other Salesforce development-related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver scalable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, strong technical skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
1.Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions using Lightning Component, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development , triggers, SQL, LWC, and flows.-related technologies.
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
3. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.
4. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user guides.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations.
6. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and new features, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and performance.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.
8. Train and mentor team members on Salesforce development best practices, tools, and technologies.
9. Provide guidance and support to team members on complex technical issues.
10. Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
