We are seeking a Process Delivery Excellence Lead to define, refine, and implement critical processes across the organization spanning Agile project development, support, ticket management, and beyond. This individual will coach and guide teams on Agile practices (including estimation, ceremonies, and retrospectives), oversee process governance (spot checks, audits), and lay the groundwork for future CMMI certification.

You will:
Process Definition Implementation:
- Design, document, and roll out core processes related to Agile project development, support workflows, and ticket management.
- Ensure processes are we'll-documented, easily understood, and align with organizational goals.
Understanding of modern Technology processes:
- Should have an basic process understanding of DevOps.
- Should be we'll versed development tools like JIRA, Confluence etc
Agile Coaching Training:
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate development teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
- Coach teams on sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to improve overall delivery efficiency.
Process Governance Compliance:
- Perform spot checks, audits, and regular reviews to ensure teams are adhering to defined processes and quality standards.
- Identify process gaps or bottlenecks and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.
CMMI Preparation Documentation:
- Develop and maintain process documentation and evidence required for future CMMI assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with CMMI guidelines and to address any readiness gaps.
Stakeholder Engagement Communication:
- Work closely with product, engineering, QA, and support teams to understand their process requirements and challenges.
- Facilitate regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
Continuous Improvement
- Leverage metrics and feedback loops to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Introduce industry best practices and emerging methodologies to keep the organization s processes modern and efficient.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in process definition and implementation, ideally within software product or SaaS environments.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with demonstrated experience in coaching teams.
- CMMI / Quality Frameworks: Familiarity with quality models such as CMMI, ISO, or similar, along with the documentation processes involved.
- Process Governance: Proven track record in performing audits, spot checks, and driving compliance with established standards.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration Influence: Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders; strong influencing skills to drive process adoption.
- Self-Driven: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Desirable Requirements:
- Certifications (Optional): PMP, , CSM, or CMMI-related certifications would be an added advantage.
