Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced WhatsApp Engineers to join our team and help us build a WhatsApp chatbot flows from web backend admin panel.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the conversation flow and intents of the bot, integrating it with different subjects, setting up the web backend for an admin panel, and deploying the bot to a hosting service.
- Application/production SRE
- In dept knowledge on Kubernetes, Docker, Redis and Rabbit MQ.
- Basic Shell or python scripting
- Deployment on application in Kubernetes or Docker
- Troubleshooting application issues and raise to L3.
- Preferred VAS domain knowledge with whatsapp or RCS flows.
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
- Extremely organized and thorough
- Track record of successful consulting
- Strong academic record including a degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to work independently; ability to travel infrequently
- A genuine interest in business challenges and ideation of solutions to meet customer business objectives
- Superior conflict resolution, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills: diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation and resolution
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines Additional Skills Advantageous To The Position
- Knowledge of SAAS products and customer base preferred
- Experience with an ESP, ISP
- Proven experience as SRE/Devops with knowledge on Whatsapp and RCS flows.
- Solid understanding of Redis, Rabbit MQ , Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Python/Shell Scripting
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud hosting services like Azure.
- Good understanding of software development principles and practices, including agile methodologies
- REST API
- SQL, Linux
