Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses and admission details
Engaging with potential students and encouraging them to enroll in courses
Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries
Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating CRM software
Providing professional customer support and resolving queries related to courses fees and admission procedures
Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions
