Senior Associate Internal and Integrated Communications @ Publicis Sapient

• Excellent command over the English language and passion for the written word
• Excellent verbal (spoken) communication skills
• Practical knowledge of and experience in using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Bria, DALL-E, etc. to create content efficiently and at speed
• Practical knowledge of and experience in integrated communications essentials, including audience analysis, audience user journey mapping, communication planning, message development for online/offline comms. channels in the service of supporting business goals
• Project management skills
• Quantitative skills - To read insights from data and brief the team on requirements.
• Knowledge and experience in creating videos, using tools such as Canva is preferred, but not mandatory
• Understanding of existing and emerging trends in communications and social media, branding aligned to business and people goals
• Familiarity with content management tools and other technical skills
