Job Description
Job Title: Canada IT Recruiter
Location: Sector 65, Noida (Onsite)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years in International IT Recruitment (Canada/US)

About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Canada IT Recruiters to join our international recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Canadian IT hiring landscape, recruitment compliance, and must be adept at sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for various contract and full-time roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian IT positions (contract & permanent).
- Source qualified candidates through job portals (Monster CA, Workopolis, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and negotiate offers with candidates.
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand job requirements and timelines. - Maintain relationships with both candidates and clients across Canada.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate statuses in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws and client-specific onboarding processes.
- Regular follow-up with placed candidates to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Canadian IT recruitment
- Knowledge of NOC codes, work authorizations (PR, Open Work Permit, Citizen, etc.)
- Familiarity with various Canadian provinces and IT job market trends
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, Job Diva, etc. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of both Canada and US recruitment practices is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Canada/US IT Recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Technical background preferred)
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift (Canada/US Time Zones)
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
