System Engineer @ Tekshapers

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems infrastructure using Ansible, Hyper-V, VMware, and other virtualization tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Linux servers, Windows desktops/servers, network devices (Cisco routers/switches), and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
  
• Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
  
• Provide expert-level support for all IT systems during night shifts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in system engineering with a strong background in Unix/Linux administration.
  
• BCA degree from a recognized university with any specialization; MCA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on night shifts; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
