CNA Migration Leads Cloud Project Count 4 As an Application migration lead resource will be responsible for leading the team at offshore and work as a lead for 6 7 associates working on Application refactoring and migration to cloud using containers As a lead will be responsible to lead the team and resolving technical issues as neccessary Roles Responsibilities Lead the offshore team Over all delivery responsibility of single team Involve and guide and help the team to resolve the technical issue In case of necessary can work on actual code as well Guide the team on containerizing the application using Kubernetes Review the design code test plans test cases and over all responsibility of delivery for his team Pod Raise the risks on deliveries and bring it to Onsite lead s notice Direct team to follow process stipulated by Agile methodology Experience Required 9 in Java Core Java Strut 1 2 1 5 and 2 Spring MVC Spring boot Net ASP Java and Dot Net preferred Node js Angular Reactjs Good to have 5 years of experience leading technical teams and performing Design code reviews Test cases and test results etc Making sure team follow all required process as per Agile methodology 4 years of experience in working with SQL 3 years of experience in working with No SQL databases Dynamo DB Mongo DB 3 years of working on containers and containerizing the applications and implementing on Public cloud Have experience in working with Jira RTM and making updates and raising risks on time Experience in working with microservices and splitting monolith into microservices Have good understanding of Python Bash etc In depth knowledge DevOps concepts and guide team on those Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization Experience with AWS cloud Major services like EC2 S3 EFS Route 53 Load balancer CloudWatch Cloud Trail etc AWS Developer or AWS CSA Associate certification preferred CSM certification will be added advantage
