Job Description
Job DescriptionPublicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate Finance to join our team of bright thinkers and enablers
You will use your financial operations expertise, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) globally for Publicis Sapient
You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting and coordination with multiple global teams, Your Impact
Ensure all required HFM entities are included in the CSR Masterfile and follow up with teams on new entity additions, Obtain and update CSR Masterfile with data from multiple sources (e-g, Headcount Online/Offline, Training updates), Liaise with HR and Finance teams to resolve missing data, discrepancies, and to validate PARIS questionnaire deliverables, Maintain the Box site with all CSR-related files and data, Prepare entities for HFM upload, coordinate with Groupe for loading, review, and clear blocking controls, Calculate figures based on headcount and expense data when direct information is unavailable, Ensure mid-month CSR deliverables are completed under tight deadlines, with a focus on the initial two weeks, Coordinate across global Resources, Office Services, and other teams to complete all CSR sections in scope, Support external audits and manage post-submission information and requests, Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience:
5+ years of finance experience, Advanced skills in Excel
Proficient in HFM and SAP advantageous
Strong background in financial reporting and operations management, Excellent data management and analysis skills, Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, Set Yourself Apart With
Advanced Excel and data management proficiency, Experience working with HR, Finance, and Shared Services teams, Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle tight deadlines, Knowledge of headcount and expense allocation methodologies, Prior experience with global coordination across time zones, Familiarity with audit processes and managing post-delivery audit requests, Additional Information
