What Youll Achieve:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales / Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


You will:
  • Carrying Annual Quarterly Sales Targets
  • Generate Leads from Cold Calls, Internet Research, Associates and Business Contacts, Industry Events, etc.
  • Expanding outreach to enterprise clients in retail, distribution, ecommerce and allied segments
  • Meeting (on-site), presenting and proposing the Ginesys One suite of software solutions to the enterprise clients
  • Requirement validation, Product demonstration and RFI documentation
  • Sales negotiation, SaaS Agreement terms clarification and hygienic CRM maintenance.
  • Post Sales briefing and cross coordination with the Project Implementation team.
  • Post Sales Account Management for a period of one year for the enterprise clients.
  • Consistent knowledge upgradation and exhibiting market leadership through multi-platform activities.
  • Capturing the best fit clientele across the North India region.
  • Sharing market insights with the regional, national business teams and marketing team.
  • Fostering towards setting new standards of business excellence, thinking beyond targets

Essential Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of relevant work experience.
  • Experienced in ERP Sales.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Should be presentable.

Desirable Requirements:
  • Sales experience in Retail Software.
