Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency) Must have the ability to judge creative work with the lens of efficacy and memorability
What you will do in this role
Directly drive metrics like Customer Acquisition, Search volumes, SOV, SOE and brand metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity Influence metrics like Revenue, Engagement and Retention Work on new ad campaigns with the creative agency Work with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans Evaluate campaign performance at a market / segment level Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth
What you should have
At least 2-4 years of Brand Marketing experience in Consumer tech company Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies Experience in executing a 360-degree campaign Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products Data forward thinking but must have the ability to take qualitative calls based on judgment
