Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Developing, planning and implementing B2B programs.
  • Be the part of client relationship team to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning of quarterly/monthly activities.
  • Planning/suggesting new promotions/campaigns and implementing.
  • Building healthy relationships with clients and setting up efficient processes with reporting
  • Market Research - Measuring the program against the defined metrics and pre-set objectives, taking participant feedback via questionnaire/survey, understanding the client business, competition mapping, and sharing the insight with client during the review.
  • Using data competently i.e. understanding program metrics and providing recommendations from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Strategic thinking and execution/analytical bent of mind
  • Pleasing personality and ability to create excellent relationships with the client
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
