Business Insight Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Data Analytics) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, along with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience with Tableau is required to present the findings. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and define analytical requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven reports, metrics, and KPIs.
• Create dashboards and visualizations (preferably Tableau) to track business performance.
• Support data validation, data governance, and process automation initiatives.
• Work with data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and ensure data integrity.
• Present findings to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills ability to write complex queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets.
• Intermediate tableau working experience
• Experience working with relational databases (Eg: Snowflake,).
• Domain expertise in one of the fields Finance, Customer or Product
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
