Job Description
HouseEazy is a fast-growing PropTech startup on a mission to revolutionize secondary real estate residential transactions by making them transparent, simple, and super-quick. We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help bring our brand to life through stunning visual content.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at HouseEazy, you will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, animations, and layouts for both digital and print platforms. This role requires strong conceptual skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to execute creative ideas from brief to final output while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and design briefs.
- Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, animations, GIFs, and other static creatives using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- Study briefs, schedule projects, and work within defined budget constraints.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Develop high-quality visual assets including logos, illustrations, and marketing materials with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the team to finalize designs and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Test graphics across different media platforms and incorporate feedback to make necessary design amendments.
- Ensure all final outputs align with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design. A degree in Fine Arts or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustrations and design work.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
