Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Consultant to join our team and support the development and deployment of advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between complex algorithms and real-world business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI/ML applications.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms tailored to specific business problems.
Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
Advise clients on AI/ML strategies, tools, and frameworks suitable for their environment.
Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions.
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and research to continuously improve offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Proficiency in Python (preferred), R, or other programming languages used in data science.
Strong understanding of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.
Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI, etc.).
Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker).
Educational Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Professional Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in specific AI/ML domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series Forecasting, or Reinforcement Learning.
Industry experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, or logistics.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
