Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct client meetings to comprehensively grasp their CRM and process prerequisites.
• Re-engineer business processes to guarantee the seamless deployment of CRM with precision.
• Responsible for the implementation of client systems.
• Translate client requirements into system configurations and custom developments, while also formulating a feasible delivery timeline.
• Develop data migration and integration mappings.
• Generate web service specifications for integration, finalization, and testing purposes.
• Effectively address technical challenges related to servers, authentication, IIS, Exchange, SQL, and other technologies associated with CRM.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in eliciting customer requirements through various methods.
• Solid grasp of process flows.
• Skilled in configuring platforms to align with business needs.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Understanding of technology frameworks.

Required Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of documentation -BRD, FRD, SRS.
• Involve in gathering business requirement, Client interaction etc.
• SQL, Oracle databases, or NoSQL Database
• Exposure to Asp.net/C# with an understanding of Web services, JavaScript, and JSON
