Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand the in and outs of all relevant in-house products/projects.
Work on requirements gathering through written and verbal communications with clients and onsite staff.
Coordinate with onsite and co-located teams for designing solutions.
Document the requirements, solutions for clients, and internal teams.
Build process models, wireframes, and mockups for client/internal reviews.
Show active participation in product release activities.
Handle in-person presentations and webinars on product features.
