Job Description

A branch manager in the insurance  industry is responsible for the day-to-day sales of a branch, including sales, customer service, and compliance. They also develop strategies to grow the business and acquire new customers.    Responsibilities
• Sales: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet or exceed targets   
• Customer service: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships with current customers and establishing new ones   
• Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with company policies and regulatory guidelines   
• Business growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and acquire new customers   
• Financial performance: Manage the branch's budgets, expenses, and financial performance   
• Reporting: Report sales results and provide insights for continuous improvement   
• Training: Hire, train, and monitor the performance of new and existing employees   
• Marketing: Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies   
• Strategic decisions: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis
