Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with deep expertise in MS Dynamics and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions by facilitating Agile practices and ensuring smooth sprint execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for MS Dynamics implementation and support teams.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.

• Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices within the team.

• Guide the team in the proper use of Agile/Scrum practices and values.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with MS Dynamics (CRM/ERP).

• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.

• Experience with Agile project management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple Agile teams, preferably in a Microsoft Dynamics environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
