Job Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Control modules including Access Request Management, Role Management, Emergency Access Management, and Risk Analysis.

Design and implement SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations aligned with business requirements.

Conduct risk assessments, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and remediation activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance and security policies.

Configure and customize SAP GRC tools to optimize governance processes.

Provide training and support to business users and IT teams on GRC processes and tools.
-
Monitor and audit SAP security and compliance post-implementation.

Prepare documentation and reports for audits and management.
-
7-10 years of SAP security and GRC implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control and related modules.

Hands-on experience in role design, SoD conflict resolution, and risk management.

Familiarity with SAP security concepts including user administration, roles, and authorizations.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in team environments.
-
SAP GRC certification is a plus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and GRC integration.

Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR, etc.

Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
