Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who is capable of leading a team.
DETAILED ROLE DESCRIPTION
To own a client or set of clients allotted and drive the fulfillment of its job requirements.
Own the process oriented and drive the team for process adherence.
Ensure that the team goal is met and the objectives are completed on either a monthly or quarterly basis.
Involves active hands- on recruitment, including the screening and qualifying of resumes submitted by team members before they are proposed to the client.
Requirement and task allocation.
Responsibility towards the growth and development of all team members.
Helping the recruiters/ sourcer with Search Strings, tools and process.
3-5 Years of experience in Non IT recruitment.
Excellent knowledge of the dynamics in Non IT recruitment.
Preferably have lead a team for 1 Year minimum.
