- Job Information Date Opened 09/13/2023 Job Type Full time Industry Telecommunications City Bangalore North State/Province Karnataka Country India Zip/Postal Code 560002 Job Description As a Core Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead all aspects of the technical implementations of our client on time and in budget, by planning and organizing resources and people of Core Department. This includes acquiring resources, managing, coordinating, and reporting the efforts of project team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. This role reports directly into Head of Core Department. Requirements Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Managing and Chasing issue/dependency/action items to fix these on time Ensure resource availability and allocation. Prepare and Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Manage all aspects of telecom equipment deployment from: customer relationship, project plan of record, project schedule, cost, and inventory. Direct or complete equipment deployment activities. Ensure proper records are maintained for all equipment deployment. Ensure that quality of the service providers work is within client standards. Manage integration of third-party technical partners with internal team. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Candidate Profile: Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications industry with minimum of 5 years experiences in project management. Certification in PMP/ Prince 2. Experience of product management and/ or strategic product portfolio planning, new product development, plan execution. Good at decision-making with strong leadership to lead company to business success. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with and present with senior leadership. Provide key input to facilitate decision-making process. Good Knowledge in preparing and presenting Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation in applications Location On Site in Bengaluru / Gurugram.,
