New protocol standardization and validation. Provide field service support including validation, troubleshooting and etc. Handle customer complaints on services. Conduct technical class and service training to customers, End-users and marketing team. Travelling is required when necessary. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil. 2-4 years of experience in Material or Food testing laboratory.
