- Position Overview Job Title- QA Test Lead Authorization & Access Control, AVP Location- Pune, India Role Description Deutsche banks Authorization & Access control team is part of the Identity and access management area within Chief Security Office (CSO). The team provides enterprise-wide central authorization solution for the bank. We are seeking a highly skills and experience QA test lead to join our Authorization & Access Control team. As a QA lead, you would be instrumental in driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies and leading a team towards delivering high quality software releases. Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for automation and tooling improvements. Work independently and as part of a distributed/multi-location and if required manage team. Create test cases for edge cases, failure scenarios, and high-availability applications. Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality. Your Skills And Experience Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong knowledge in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Strong knowledge in automated testing tools such as Postman, SOAP, Newman, or equivalent. Strong knowledge in frameworks like Selenium, WebdriverIO. Strong knowledge with performance testing & tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) Experience in testing cloud-based Java deployments. Experience in programming languages such as Java, SQL. Experience in CICD tools like TeamCity, GitHub Actions. Excellent test reporting skills. Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities.
