Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on, process-driven QA Manager to address critical product stability challenges and build our QA function from the ground up. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives on transforming chaos into quality and is passionate about embedding a "quality-first" mindset in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You will be empowered to define, implement, and own the processes that will make our platform reliable, reduce production defects, and delight our customers. What You'll Do Build the Foundation: Define, implement, and own the company's end-to-end QA strategy. You will establish robust processes, standards, and metrics from scratch to significantly improve product quality. Lead & Mentor: Lead, mentor, and upskill our team of Quality Engineers. Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to bridge process gaps and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Drive Testing Excellence: Actively lead the design and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test suites. Ensure thorough coverage for API testing, UI/UX testing, regression, load, and stress testing. Champion a Quality Culture: Be the primary advocate for quality across the entire software development lifecycle. Partner closely with Product, Development, and Support teams to embed quality checks at every stage, enabling faster, more reliable releases. Manage & Report on Quality: Establish and manage a rigorous defect-tracing process and bug lifecycle. You will track and report on key quality metrics to give all stakeholders clear visibility into our progress, bottlenecks, and successes. Optimize & Innovate: Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance team productivity. You will stay current with new tools and innovations to keep our quality practices best-in-class. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role. Proven, hands-on experience building and scaling QA processes and teams, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environment. Demonstrated expertise in establishing QA methodologies from the ground up, including creating test strategies, plans, and implementing robust defect management lifecycles. Strong, hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing for web applications. Deep familiarity with modern testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Selenium, TestNG, Postman, JMeter). A natural leader and mentor with a passion for upskilling teams and a demonstrated ability to drive cultural change. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
